The Predator 103, made of Pelican’s patented RAM-X material, is their middleweight modified “V” hull fishing boat. This craft features two folding and swiveling seats, a battery compartment, built in motor mounts at the bow and stern, a 12-Volt electrical outlet at the bow and one at the stern, two vertical rod holders, cleats, and bottle holders.

Provided it has been handled appropriately to prevent damage that may cause leaking, the Predator 103gets rave reviews as the “little fishing boat that could.” It manages swells and small wakes without losing stability, and is lightweight enough for a single person to launch without difficulty. Though it tows easily on a trailer, some load it onto the back of a pickup and head out. It’s recommended that you buy the electric plug for the bow socket to take an electric motor when you purchase the boat, as it may be difficult to find in-store. Two passengers have plenty of room for gear, beverages, and fish.
