Taking a break on the trail has never been more healthy and tasty. The line of products from Northwest Delights takes a decidedly simple approach with its line of Turkish apricots.
Now, we here at The Wilderness Review are generally completely big fans of whole fruits as snacks to take with you on the trail. However, the Northwest Delights Turkish apricots seem to take the process to a whole new level.
Having had a variety of companies’ products over the years, our review on these apricots has to go above and beyond. They are juicy and full of life, while many companies’ apricots seem to be dry and sticky. While they are not the cheapest thing to take into the woods, they are a reminder of the great flavors possible on the trail.
By the way, one of our reviewers baked them into muffins to take on the trail, and they were absolutely fantastic!
