A classic wood canoe, the Trapper 15 comes in green, red, blue, and white, and is available with canvas or clear fiberglass.
The Trapper 15, despite being the heaviest of the Trapper family, is eight pounds lighter than the Otca 16 or the Guide 16 wood canoes. While this does mean it’s also one foot shorter and has a slightly smaller capacity, many canoeists are happy to make the trade. Like its fellow Trappers, the 15 is swift and stable, offering that classic wood canoe look.
Tori “Waverider” Morris first learned to love canoes when she was just a small child. She built her first handmade canoe at the age of 11 and continues to this day as a professional. Among some of the most interesting places she’s canoed are Brazil and Vietnam. Tori lives in Corpus Christi, Texas.
